She Shines Forward Campaign
She Shines Forward is the evolved name of the Power to She campaign. Laapeng Foundation continues the same mission to keep girls in school, curb intergenerational sex, restore dignity and help young women become confident leaders.
The campaign supports girls through open dialogues, mentoring sessions, motivational coaching and community outreach. We work with schools, families and local partners to create safe spaces where girls can speak freely, learn about their rights, and receive practical support.
Many girls face barriers that make it harder to stay in school, including economic pressure, hygiene needs and social risk. She Shines Forward offers them encouragement, practical support and a stronger belief in their own future.
When girls are supported, they are more likely to complete their education, avoid risky relationships, and become empowered members of their communities.
Donations, partnerships and local volunteer support help us sustain dignity packs and youth engagement events. The impact of She Shines Forward is strongest when communities join the campaign and stand with young women as they pursue education and leadership.
