Established in the heart of South Africa, Laapeng Foundation stands as a transformative force, dedicated to combatting the pressing challenges of HIV/AIDS and substance use disorder. Deeply rooted in our core principles we take a multifaceted approach. Beyond raising awareness, our programs invest in skills development and education, ensuring individuals, families, and communities rise above their circumstances. Moreover, with our continuous support systems for rehabilitation graduates and our fervent commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and personal growth, we're not just addressing immediate concerns but building a robust framework for a sustainable, healthier future.

Creating a blueprint that addresses HIV/AIDS, Substance Use Disorder problems in our community, through the provision of specialized, affordable and accessible prevention and treatment services, thereby enhancing the quality of life and restoring the self-respect and dignity of persons affected by HIV/AIDS and Substance Abuse by focusing on:

  • Measures aimed at skills development for individuals, families and communities to enable them to enjoy a better quality of life.
  • Creating awareness and educational platforms that addresses the dangers and consequences of substance use disorder.
  • Empowering communities to understand, be knowledgeable and proactive in dealing with challenges related to substance use disorder, and its link to crime, HIV/AIDS and other health conditions.
  • We give support to those who completed their course of treatment (from Rehabilitation centre’s).
Laapeng Foundation is committed to a future in which we are all actively of service to others as an inspirational model of living and working together to create social change by educating communities about HIV/AIDS and Substance use disorder.
