Learnerships
We offer the community's youth learnerships funded by the Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA). These learnerships span 12 months and combine both theoretical and practical learning. Beneficiaries also gain valuable work experience during their practical learning phase.

Internships
We also offer internship programs to individuals with higher learning qualifications seeking initial work experience. These internships, also funded by the HWSETA, have a duration of 12 months.

Skills Programs
These are dedicated to beneficiaries desiring skill enhancement. The programs vary in duration, offering certificates of attendance upon completion.

- Conflict Management, Organization Development, Presentation & Communication Skills: 5 days (2018)
- Social Entrepreneur skills: 5 days (2019)
- Leadership and Management Training: 2 days (2018)
- Basic Computer Skills: 5 days (2019)
- Driver’s License: Completed (2020)
- Learnership: Completed (2019-2022)
Bursaries
We offer bursaries funded by the Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA), covering tuition fees and books. Bursaries span the entire course duration and require annual renewal. No stipends are awarded to bursary holders. Bursaries have been offered continuously since 2018 and are currently in progress for 2023.
Job Creation
In our poverty alleviation efforts, we recruit youth and young adults to offer job opportunities with stipends. We collaborate with the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) to offer various roles, ranging from peer education to maintenance work. Participants are contracted for 9 months, with potential contract renewal based on merit.
